Generally there are two main types of plastic moulds such as thermo-sets and thermoplastics. Due to the types of polymers forming such type of plastics they are quite different from each other. The thermoplastics melt at high temperature while thermo-sets harden up at high temperature. We usually hear those processes; extrusion, injection molding and blowing molding (combination of both the plastics) but don’t have proper knowledge about what exactly happens in the whole process.
