The Procedure of Insert Molding Process

These days molding is a common phenomenon adopted in so many industries. For common understanding, mold is a hollowed out block or rigid frame. 1.   Post moulded installation
2.   Moulded-in installation.

Step-1: A custom built mold is prepared with inserts with the help of       robotics.
Step-2: Plastic in the molten form is injected.
        Step-3: The components are removed and separated from the spruces after it gets cooled.
     Step-4: some testing mechanisms are applied in order to get the quality product.
